William Baud

“Through my ICS experiences traveling abroad and being a student with community members from diverse national backgrounds, I gained a clearer understanding of global impact than I ever had before. From my time at ICS onward, I wanted to make a difference for God’s kingdom on a global scale, and I felt equipped to do exactly that.”

Credentials

  • Graduated B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 2018.

  • Subsequently completed the Orr Fellowship program for Entrepreneurial & Business Leadership.

  • Worked for Endress+Hauser in various roles supporting and developing equipment used in chemical plants.

  •  Currently working as Process Instrumentation Engineer at Eli Lilly, supporting the construction and operation of the largest medicine manufacturing facility in United States history.

Andrew Kennedy

“I credit ICS with instilling within me a love for learning, service, and hard work that has prepared me for a career as a physician and educator. I look back at my time in Singapore and at ICS as some of my favorite memories growing up, and still keep up with some of my friends including being in Denver for the last alumni reunion. I will always consider myself a Knight and hope to return to Singapore one day to live and serve in Southeast Asia."

Credentials

  • Graduated from Judson University in 2018 with a degree in Biochemistry (Honors Program)

  • Spent two gap years in upstate South Carolina where he worked at a bagel shop and taught chemistry at a local community college

  • Graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine with a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) 

  • Currently working as a resident physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with plans to become a gastroenterologist once his training is complete

Justin Tan

“At ICS, I was able to grow both personally and professionally through the mentorship of various teachers and a community of supportive peers. I especially enjoyed my Week Without Walls trips, where I made many amazing memories with great friends that I still recall fondly to this day.”

Credentials

  • Graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture; received the AIA Henry Adams Medal as the program’s top-ranking graduate.

  • Worked at Höweler + Yoon Architecture (Boston), OMA (New York), and SAA Architects (Singapore) on projects across the U.S., Asia, and Europe.

  • Practiced as a licensed architect in the United States, focused on adding value to the built environment.

  • Portfolio includes residential and office towers, hospitality developments, cultural landmarks, and institutional buildings—delivered from concept through construction.

  • Currently pursuing a Master in Real Estate at Harvard University.
